About AW Caravan

Our holiday home is a 38ft x 12ft ABI Windermere (2011) static caravan, comprising of open plan kitchen, dinning area and lounge.

An enclosed corridor takes you to the main bathroom and two generous sized bedrooms, catering for families of most sizes.

The caravan has double glazing, gas central heating and an electric blow heater in the lounge.

Fitted with two working smoke detectors, two carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket to ensure your safety and wellbeing during your stay.

Outside, there is a tarmac area to park one vehicle and a grassed area to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Important Information

No Dogs - Edwards Leisure Park do not permit guests to bring their dogs or other pets on to the site.

No Smoking - guests are reminded that smoking, vaping, the use of e-cigarettes and any other tobacco product is strictly prohibited. 

The lounge is tastefully decorated with a comfortable free standing sofa and chair.  

Thanks to the floor to ceiling patio style doors and ample windows, the lounge is naturally bright and pleasant to relax in after a day out and about.

A wall mounted, stone-effect electric heater provides a central feature on the wood panel wall.

The kitchen area offers you a full sized fridge and separate 3-drawer freezer.  A kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery and plates, glasses and cups are also provided for your use.

The dining area has a free standing table and four chairs.

To help keep you going when you arrive, please help yourself to tea, coffee and sugar.

Please Note:  A kitchen dish towel will be provided for your use.

The caravan is able to sleep a max. of six people.  Due to health and safety guidance (and park rules) we are unable to accommodate anymore.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and ensuite toilet.  A king sized duvet, fitted sheet and two pillows are provided.

The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. a single duvet, fitted sheet and one pillow are provided for each bed.

A pull out sofa bed is also available in the lounge area. No bedding is provided for this, so please provide your own bedding if needed.

Please Note: Due to current guidance to ensure the health and wellbeing of guests, you will need to provide your own bedding (duvet cover and pillow cases).

Two bathrooms .. no need to queue!

The main bathroom comprises of toilet, deep sink, generous sized shower cubicle.  A vertical wall mounted heater which makes sure that your towel is warm.

The master bedroom en-suite also has a toilet, sink and a vertical wall mounted heater.

Please Note:  Due to current guidance to ensure the health and wellbeing of guests, you will be required to bring your own towels
